Today, in honor of Black History Month, we read aloud two books about Ruby Bridges and Rosa Parks. Then we did some worksheets about the two famous people.

Today we worked on some arts and crafts- we created a penguin and practiced handwriting.

Today we read a book about Rosa Parks and created Rosa Parks from construction paper and did a worksheet about her-
Thursday, February 14:
Happy Valentine's Day! Today we celebrated Valentines' Day with the kids- we made sundaes, did a experiment with vinegar, food color, and baking soda.
Friday, February 15:
Early Release Day!
