Monday, November 5:
Today we worked on the letter "V"- which for vase, victory, Valentine's, volume, violet, and vest-

Today we started working on our creative turkeys using large filters to draw designs on to start out-

We also worked on a Fall leaf worksheet and painted pumpkins for decoration-

Thursday, November 8:

Today we continued to paint pumpkins and we worked on the letter "X"-

Friday, November 9: Tatum Pride Day

2nd grade Awards Ceremony: Awards were given out to the 2nd graders for the 2nd 6-weeks for the A&B Honor Roll, A Honor Roll, Perfect Attendance, AR Reading Goals, Top Boy/Girl students in PE, Music, and Computer Lab, No Marks, and Jr. Ambassadors-

My granddaughter, Aaliyah received 6 awards during the ceremony- She made the A&B Honor Roll, had perfect attendance for the 6-weeks, met her goal for her AR reading percentage, was the top girl in Computer class for the 6-weeks, didn't receive any marks for the 6-weeks, and was chosen to the 2nd grade Junior Ambassadors. Congratulations Aaliyah! We are so proud of you!
